Send a deletion request

1. Email contact@scadop.com with the subject Meta data deletion request.
2. Include the email address used for Scadop, the Workspace name if known, and the connected Meta ad account name or account ID if available.
3. Tell us whether you want data from one Meta connection removed, all Meta integration data removed, or your Scadop account reviewed for deletion.

If you no longer have access to Scadop, you can still contact us. Supply the details you know; you do not need an internal Scadop identifier. Never send a password, access token, app secret, or authentication code.

What happens next

We review your request, verify your identity and authority using proportionate information, and clarify its scope if needed. For an organization-managed Workspace, we may need to coordinate with its authorized administrator while respecting applicable individual rights.

We remove the applicable Meta-derived account, campaign, creative metadata, reporting data, and stored integration credentials within the verified scope, subject to applicable legal requirements. We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why. Requests are handled within applicable legal timeframes.

Stop future Meta access

You can also remove Scadop from the business integrations or app permissions settings of your Facebook account, or ask an authorized Workspace administrator to disconnect the Meta connection in Scadop.

Revoking access prevents future authorized retrieval but does not by itself delete data previously stored in Scadop. Send the deletion request above to address retained data.

What deletion does and does not affect

A Scadop deletion request concerns information held by Scadop and its service providers. It does not delete your Facebook account, remove your Meta ad account, delete Campaigns on Meta, or stop advertising there. Manage those actions directly with Meta.

Information required by law may be retained only for the necessary purpose and duration. Residual backup copies are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle and are not used for ordinary service activity. We explain any applicable exceptions in our response.
