Terms of service
The terms for using Scadop to organize advertising accounts, collaborate, and manage authorized operations.
Using Scadop
These terms govern your use of Scadop and its website, including beta and staging services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Scadop for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Scadop is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Accounts and Workspace responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for managing Workspace membership, permissions, and approvals, and for the data and instructions it supplies.
Workspace ownership does not automatically grant access to every advertising account or action. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access controls.
Advertising integrations and approvals
You must have permission to connect each provider account and to use the data and content available through it. Provider terms, advertising policies, native account permissions, and charges continue to apply. Scadop is independent of Meta and other advertising providers.
You are responsible for reviewing targets, budgets, content, and approvals before authorizing an action. Features depend on provider availability and supported capabilities. An approval or a submitted request does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, or results. Review the reported outcome before taking further action.
Advertising charges are owed under your arrangements with the provider. Scadop does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.
Acceptable use
Use Scadop lawfully and only for accounts and information you are authorized to manage. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, send malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, or use the service for fraud or abuse. Do not submit provider credentials through ordinary content fields or support messages.
Your data and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content and data you provide. You give Scadop permission to process that information as necessary to deliver the service, follow your authorized instructions, and protect the platform. You are responsible for the required notices and permissions for that processing.
Scadop retains its rights in its software, branding, and service materials. Your right to use the service does not transfer those rights. Our privacy policy explains information handling, and our data-deletion page explains removal requests.
Fees and service changes
Any subscription charges, usage limits, payment schedule, and cancellation terms must be disclosed in the applicable order or subscription agreement. These terms alone do not establish a paid subscription. Third-party advertising and service charges are separate.
We may update features or discontinue beta functionality. Beta and staging services may be incomplete or interrupted and should not be treated as a guaranteed production service.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Scadop and request account or integration data deletion by contacting us. Your organization may control your Workspace membership. We may restrict or suspend access for security reasons, misuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms.
Ending access does not automatically delete Workspace records, cancel advertising running at a provider, or eliminate outstanding obligations. Disconnect provider access and review provider-side campaigns separately. Applicable retention requirements are described in the privacy policy.
Service limitations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scadop is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You should verify important reporting and execution results and maintain appropriate records.
To the extent permitted by law, Scadop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party outages or unauthorized instructions outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate written service agreement may specify additional obligations.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will identify the latest version by the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact Scadop at contact@scadop.com with questions, service concerns, or a request to resolve a dispute.
